Delete your account

Last updated 25 September 2026

There is no Well365 account yet — the app has not been released and this site does not create one. This page is about the one thing we may hold about you today: a waiting-list entry and the address in it.

Ask us to delete it

One message, sent from the address you signed up with. Nothing else is needed: no form, no reason and no account to recover first.

Write the message

If your device does not open mail links, write to hello@well365.io

The short version

  • There is no account to delete yet. The app has not shipped.
  • What we may hold is one waiting-list entry: your email address and four small fields beside it.
  • One email removes it. No form, no reason, no recovery flow.
  • We answer within thirty days and usually the same week.
  • When the app ships, deleting from inside it will be one step and this page will say where.

What there is to delete

Well365, the app, has not been released — so there is no account, no password and nothing to log in to. This site creates none of those things.

What it can hold is a single waiting-list entry, created when somebody types an address into one of the three sign-up boxes and confirms it by email. If you have never done that, we hold nothing about you at all and there is nothing here for you to do.

How to ask

Send us one line. The button above opens a message already written; if your device has nothing registered for mail links, write to hello@well365.io and say you want your entry deleted.

Send it from the address you signed up with. That is the whole identity check. We will not ask you to prove who you are by any other means, because proving it would mean collecting more about you than we are about to delete.

You do not need to give a reason. We will not ask for one and we will not try to talk you out of it.

What gets deleted

The whole row, not a flag on it:

  • your email address;
  • the language of the page you signed up from;
  • which of the three forms you used;
  • the times you signed up, confirmed and were last changed;
  • the confirmation token, if one is still outstanding;
  • the IP address you signed up from and the country and city it pointed to.

That is everything we hold against your address. The tags described in the privacy policy are a separate matter: they run on the public page, are never given your email address and are not joined to this row, so deleting it does not reach them. What those tags hold sits with Google rather than with us, and the way to clear it is the browser that visited — clearing its cookies, or using tracking protection, ends it. Ask us and we will tell you what the container carries at the time you ask.

How long it takes

We answer within thirty days, which is the outside limit rather than the expectation — in practice it is usually the same week.

Once the row is gone it is gone. We do not keep a copy in a suppression list, because a list of people who asked to be forgotten is still a list of people.

After it is deleted

Nothing recognises you. If you sign up again later it will be a new entry with a new confirmation email, exactly as though it were the first time — because as far as the database is concerned, it is.

Mail we have already sent is already in your inbox and we cannot take it back, but you will get nothing further.

When the app ships

Well365 will let you delete your account from inside the app, in one step, without writing to anybody. When it does, this page will say exactly where that control is and what it removes.

Until the app exists, describing how its deletion works would be describing software you cannot download. What is on this page is what is true today.
