What these terms cover
These terms apply to this website and to the waiting list on it. Using either means accepting them; if you would rather not, the site asks nothing else of you.
Well365, the app, has not been released. Nothing on this site is a contract to supply it. When it ships it will carry its own terms, covering the thing these cannot: an actual product, in your hands.
What happens to the one piece of data you can give us is a separate document — the privacy policy.
What joining the list does and does not, do
It puts your address on a list and it commits us to one thing: an email on the day Well365 is open to you.
It is not a reservation, a pre-order or a position in a queue. It fixes no date, no price, no feature and no country. We may open in stages and we may open to some people before others.
It is not a promise that the app will ship. Software under development sometimes does not. If Well365 never opens, the list is deleted and that is the end of it.
No account, no payment
Nothing on this site is for sale. There is no checkout, no subscription and no card field — and there never will be on this page. If you are ever asked for payment details at an address that looks like this site, it is not us.
You are not creating an account either. There is no password, because there is nothing here to log in to.
How you may use the site
Read it, quote it, link to it, send it to somebody. That is what it is for.
What we ask you not to do:
- Put in an address that is not yours. The confirmation email exists precisely so that this fails.
- Point a script at the form. It takes five submissions per address per fifteen minutes and then declines.
- Go after data, accounts or systems that are not being offered to you or interfere with the site working for anyone else.
- Copy the site wholesale and publish it as your own.
Who owns what is here
The Well365 name, the logo and the design, text and arrangement of this site are ours. Quote and link freely, with attribution; do not present them as yours.
Some of what is here belongs to other people, on their terms rather than ours:
- The icons are Lucide, used under the ISC licence. © Lucide Contributors.
- Switzer is licensed from the Indian Type Foundry through Fontshare. Instrument Serif is a Google Font.
- Photography and video remain their owners’ property and are used here for this site.
What the figures on this site are
The numbers in the illustrations are invented. The seven devices ranked against one another, the sleep stages, the step counts, the heart-rate figures — every one of them is there to show what a reading looks like when it is laid out this way. None is a measurement, none came off a device and none is a claim about accuracy.
The site describes an app being built. What is shown may change, may arrive later or may not arrive. Where we name a device or a platform, we are describing what we intend to read from it — not certifying that it works today.
Not medical advice
Well365 is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything and nothing on this site — or in the app, when it arrives — is medical advice.
Readiness, sleep stages and heart rate are consumer measurements from consumer hardware. If something about your health worries you, that is a conversation for a doctor and no figure on a phone is a reason to put it off.
Other people’s products
Apple Health, Apple Watch, iPhone android, Health Connect, Garmin, Oura and Whoop are named on this site because people own those things and want to know whether we read them.
Those names and trademarks belong to their owners. Naming them is description, not a claim of partnership, endorsement or affiliation and none of those companies has approved anything here.
What we are and are not responsible for
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it accurate and available and we do not promise that it always will be either: it may be down, it may be wrong and a page may describe something that has since changed.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising out of your use of this site or your reliance on what it says.
Nothing above limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud — and if you are dealing with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are untouched by any of it.
Ending it
You can leave whenever you like: write to hello@well365.io and your entry goes. No reason required, no form to fill in.
We may close the waiting list, change this site or take it down. If that affects anyone already on the list, we will say so by email first.
If these change
The date at the top is the date they last changed.
Carrying on using the site after a change means accepting it. If you would rather not, the section above says how to leave.
If something goes wrong
Write to us first: hello@well365.io. Nearly everything that reaches that address is settled there and it is faster than any alternative.
These terms govern a website and a mailing list, not a purchase — there is no transaction here to fall out over. When Well365 launches it will carry terms naming a governing law and a forum, because by then there will be a contract that needs them.
